Corporate Sales Manager / Executive – Merchant Service

This merchant card service giant in the plastic cards industry for acquiring businesses has recently invested heavily into its products, solutions and service offering. Currently through their network the sales team receive business leads through to typically £10m in card transactional turnover business to supplement their personal self generated business leads. Due to the recent investment they seek to expand their direct merchant card sales team. Role Details:-
Selling Merchant Card Acquiring solutions into the mid to senior commercial and corporate markets i.e. from approximately £250k through to £1m
Achieving personal area sales targets typically from £120k through to £150k gross income dependent on your entrance level into Group
Developing new business through bank branch and individually developed KPIs within your local market and designated postcode regions
Assuring Group credit and client services policies through sales
Training your designated branch commercial/corporate manager contacts to spot, provide and deliver best practice leads to you in order to facilitate further Group business within existing clients
Being an advocate and representative for Group at main trade shoes and Merchant Services events both locally, nationally and sometimes internationally
Marketing and Sales Development planning for Group business initiatives and Grope Sales activities to drive future business to group
You and Your Skills:-
Proven history of sales success within the Merchant Services and more specifically the plastic cards industry
Demonstrable track record of over achievement in sales performance
Understanding of current interchange, PSP, CV2 and 3D Secure issues in the economic market and the compliance regulation for the these areas
Personal drive and ambition with a professional approach to business relationships and consultative sales processes
Passionate about providing business success through to quality services and solutions provision at all times to your existing and new business sales clients
