Construction Director (International Football Academy)

Responsible for the delivery of the stadia from inception through to completion.
To include:

EXPERIENCE
You will need experience of new build Football/Sports Stadium projects.

Have a strong knowledge of Health & Safety, legislation and practice.

Need the ability to resource projects, prioritise and plan effectively.

MCIOB is desirable.

Good knowledge of budgets and costing including project control and forecasting.

Experience of leading and developing a team.

Strong Project/Programme Management skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Delivering the project safely on time and within budget.

Manage site logistics and communication plan.

Implement detail programmes to allow accurate monitoring and reporting.

Securing appropriate resources to deliver the project/scheme.

Control and manage the project and site budgets including profit and loss and managing budget constraints.

Ensure contract administration and procedures are undertaken.

Support and encourage the development of team members.

Utilise leadership skills to ensure a zero incident health & safety culture implementing all regulatory health & safety.
