Requirements:
Preference will be given to candidates at the top of their field who can demonstrate experience in the following:

Master Planning and Urban Planning
High level, mixed use development projects, preferably retail, hospitality and commercial 
Leadership, both at local level and geographically 
Developing strategic objectives and initiatives 
All phases of major construction projects, in particular phase 1, funding, primary infrastructure, site division, and handover

Qualification:
Degree qualified in architectural or engineering with post tertiary Project Management professional training and credentials.
