Enterprise Solutions Sales Manager

Salary to
- 1,000,000 Hong Kong Dollar - HKD (for Hong Kong)
- 183,500 Singaporean Dollar - SPD (for Singapore)

OTE
- Double the salary

The Client
Is one of the leading telecommunication services groups worldwide with a true international coverage and a main trading office out every main country and continent.  Providing total solutions capabilities they deliver a full 360° service, consulting solutions and integration practice for VoIP and Full Telecommunication systems and services.

Responsibilities
- Drive new revenue and win deal
- Developing accounts and service management
- Pipeline development and proactive management
- Needs identification (pre-sales consulting)
- ITT, RFI and Bid Development and presentation
- Maturing and developing key contacts within enterprise clients and prospect lists
- SLA and MSA negotiation and setting
- Competitor analysis and tracking
- Product and service development
- Achieving target c.£1m MAOV
- Developing group penetration and representation throughout the APAC region

Products & Solutions
- MPLS (Multiprotocol Label Switching)
- VPLS (Virtual Private LAN Service)
- Typical order values range from £50k to £100k and go through to approximately £1m
- Typical sales cycles range anything between 8 weeks for a smaller deal through to 18 months on larger structures

Candidate Profile
- Strong and Deep Understanding of MNC’s (Multi-National Companies) and their telecommunication requirements for APAC
- Proven ability to win regional APAC business at enterprise client levels
- Fast moving and able to be flexible but driven to succeed both personally and corporately
- Team player
- Demonstrable understanding of the current needs for networking and telecoms services both nationally and internationally with enterprise client accounts
- Consultative selling background leading through from needs development, scoping, understanding, proposal and full integration roll-out
- Able to develop short, medium and long term wins and build a pipeline of business that sustains personal target delivery  
- Self motivated and a shameless hunter for the close
- Highly experienced with a long record of success in sales at senior board room levels
