Senior Resident Engineer (Civils)
Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited University with a Professional Council Registration from a recognized Professional Institution all approved by the Engineer.

Minimum 15 years experience in the construction field, including 3-5 years in the Gulf Region, preferably with International companies (in Project Management- Construction) in all aspects of project Supervision and administration of large scale construction projects with at least 10 years experience in Ports related projects with particular emphasis on port construction and dredging.

Possess appropriate technical background and ability to control the contractor's and sub contractor's conformance with contract documents including drawings and specification and the like.

An extensive working knowledge of local and international specifications which may relate to the work.

Be responsible for co-ordination of all disciplines of work related to the project, including management of the site team as well as the Contractor, Sub-contractors and other appropriate specialists.

Be responsible for contractor's conformance to the Public Works Authority requirements for time, cost and quality in accordance with contract documents and other related government documents and publications.

Project Details
The nature of the project is dredging & reclamation, port works, roads, sewerage, water, surface water drainage, electrical, landscaping, irrigation, buildings.
