Warranty Services Manager
Chiller Sales Service and Support (CS3G)
Oversee the CS3G Team in the timely and quality provision of its different Sales Service and Support activities for ZAC Unitary & Applied products and facilitate in its Sales and marketing through the accurate provision of vital information and feedback in order to ensure sustainability and growth of the business.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent, preferably with a masters degree in Business Administration.
- Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in a large HVAC manufacturing / servicing with at least 5 years experience in a managerial role.
- Proven technical knowledge, service and maintenance experience in large tonnage chillers (over 500 tonnes) especially with major brand chillers.
- Proven experience in Chiller & other Industrial HVAC installation, troubleshooting, repair and preventive maintenance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic language.
- Financial and Commercial Awareness, Results oriented.
- With strong leadership traits.
BUSINESS PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT
Develop and organize the departments strategic plans and direction in line with the Corporate Values and business objectives in order to ensure the business continuous sustainability and growth in an ever competitive market.
UNITARY & APPLIED SALES SERVICE & SUPPORT Ensure the timely and quality provision of the relevant sales service and support activities to the relevant Customers in order to ensure the continuous compliance with Company?s standards and Service Level Agreements.
WARRANTY PROGRAM ADMINISTRATION
Ensure the timely service and maintenance of the different teams to all Customer Warranty service issues on Commercial and Industrial A/C Units including Chillers and other applied products in line with Company Standards and Service Level Agreements.
PRODUCT FIELD PERFORMANCE
Ensure the continuous and accurate reporting of feedback for all Product performance in the field including the provision of assistance to the testing of product components in order to facilitate in the reduction of Product Unit warranties and maximize product efficiency.
CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS & MARKET INTELLIGENCE Support the Sales / Chiller business through the obtaining and providing of the relevant vital information and market intelligence to assist the sales team in their Sales Activities.
BUDGET PLAN & OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY
Develop the Annual Budget Plan and organize the communication and compliance of all section heads in order to set and deliver a realistic gauge for the departments revenue and expenses for the upcoming year.
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT - Build, manage and motivate the CS3G staff towards Team development and exemplary performance in order to maximize productivity and harmony.
