It is important to us that, as well as reviewing your CV, we will want to get to know you, your past experiences, what transferable skills you now have and what motivates you in the workplace – attitude is equally important to us.
In order for us to gain that insight we have put in place a detailed internal recruitment process, as it is vital that we make the right match, but it is of equal importance to us that you consider joining The Orbis Group for the right reasons – it is a two-way process.
The next step?
The next step is for you to attend a face to face interview with the line manager where you will take part in a competency-based interview.
This interview will be held in the Birmingham Head Office and you will have the opportunity to see for yourself the working day of an Orbis consultant.
Should you be successful at this stage, after taking an assessment test you will then be invited to attend a second and final interview.
We then make you an offer in writing and hope that you make the decision to join us.
